The New Covenant With Israel

The New Covenant With Israel

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We bring to you again the review of today’s sermon titled: The New Covenant with Israel.

TEXT: Jeremiah 31:31-34, Isaiah 66:8, Acts 15:14, Revelations 3:20, Genesis 17:1-14, Exodus 4:24-25, Exodus 20:1-5, Genesis 3:6-14, Galatians 3:23, John 3:16, Romans 5:1, Romans 3:2, Proverbs 30: 20.

We started today’s sermon explaining how God divided the world, In the spiritual dealing of God, He divided the world into two: the Jews and the Gentiles; The Jews as a nation, and the Gentiles as many nations! There are few things that differentiate the Gentiles from the Jews:

  • God gave the Jews the Law through Moses, while the Gentiles received Grace.
  • God deals with the Jews as a nation (Isaiah 66:8) but He deals with the Gentiles as individuals (Revelations 3:20).

Explanation on The Old Covenant

Before we can talk about what the new covenant to the children of Israel, we need to understand what the old covenant was, what it’s entails, and who was the person God had it with. To get clarity around these questions Genesis 17 : 1 – 14 gives a clear understanding of how God had the old covenant with Abraham which also extended to his descendants. This covenant was an indication that God was interested in Abraham, even the changing of his name, this should interest you that as long as you are a child of God God is interested in everything that concerns you. The old covenant was accompanied with a sign(token) of circumcision.

In the last days, God promised to make a new covenant with the Jews, but not like the one He made with them through Moses. The covenant God made with Abram was that every male child must be circumcised (Genesis 17). The Jews were to keep this covenant and anyone who would not keep it should be cut off from among them.

God expects every of his children to obey His commandments no matter the circumstances. When Moses omitted the law to circumcise his son, God wanted to kill him. And despite the fact that God committed a work into his hands, God didn’t spare him. However, we thank God who blessed Moses with a spiritual wife. She deduced the problem and quickly did what Moses should have done.

God knows that He would afterwards give unto the Jews a new covenant. That is why He called the covenant an ‘’everlasting covenant” – Everlasting is a long period of time that has a beginning and an end. But eternal means, no beginning and no end. Years after Abraham died, God gave the Jews Law. The law was given to the Jews before the promise God made with Adam and Eve will come to pass (Genesis 3:15). The Promise God made to Adam and Eve was that the promised seed of the woman (Jesus Christ) would bruise the head of the serpent (Devil).

THE FALL

In the midst of the garden, God planted two trees. These two trees did not grow from the ground like natural trees (Genesis 2:9). This means that these trees were not literal trees. The serpent was able to deceive Eve and made her commit fornication with him which was against the law of God. God had a time when He would instruct them to meet for reproduction. But because the serpent was a two-footed being, and could communicate in human language, he seduced Eve. She fell for the serpent. She also introduced it to her husband. He concurred and also ate (laid) with her (Proverbs 30:20). The first sin in the Garden of Eden was fornication! Thus, two different seeds existed in Eve’s womb: Serpent’s seed and Adam’s seed.

Because of the incidence that happened in the garden of Eden, God promised to give the seed (Jesus Christ) that will be at enmity against the seed of the serpent. And Justification comes by the blood of Jesus Christ. Every one was born into this world as a sinner. That is why we need Jesus Christ. Every human blood is contaminated from birth. That is why the pure blood of Jesus Christ is needed to wash and purge us from all stains. The blood of Jesus Christ is pure because He was born without the coming together of a man and a woman.

So, the Promised Seed is Jesus Christ! (John 3:16). And this is the New Covenant. But before this promise would come to pass, God introduced the law for the Jews to keep (Galatians 3:23). The law was the shadow of the promise to come.

God bless you, brethren.

The Mystery of The Three Visitors of Abraham (VIII)

Text: Luke 17:28-30, Revelations 3:15-17, 1 Timothy 4:1-3, Genesis 18:13-15, 1 Corinthians 3:10-13, Matthew 16:14

Luke 17 : 25 – 36 vs Revelation 3 : 14 -16 – 22

God spoke of the condition of our age in the book of Revelation – a book written only to the bride of Jesus Christ. God divided the church age into seven dispensations as we have previously explained. And the fruits that our age (Laodicean) will produce is what Jesus Christ prophesied in Luke 17:28-30. Laodicea age is the age where people give heed to seducing spirits (1Tim 4 : 1- 3), and deviate from The Faith (belief) of the apostles of old. We are in an age where people have sound earthly knowledge, especially in science. This age is a type of Lot’s age.

Explanations on the Fruits Yielded By The Seeds Sown By The Three Messengers

In the days of Abraham, three men visited him. Two later went to Sodom where Lot was, while the third messenger remained with Abraham. Symbolically, William Marrion Branham is a type of the man who stayed with Abraham to reveal the plan of God and to perform miracles. The other two messengers who went to Sodom to destroy her represent Oral Roberts and Billy Graham respectively. All these messengers were however, seed sowers. The seed sown represents the word.

William Marrion Branham planted the original seed which is the unadulterated word of God prepared for the bride of Jesus Christ. Billy Graham sowed the seed in the Orthodox circle while Oral Roberts sowed the seed among the pentecostal denomination. Today, each seed that was planted by these three messengers is yielding fruits after its kind. The fruit cannot yield against its seed. Orthodox and Pentecostal movements cannot bear fruits contrary to the seeds sown by their messengers. (Genesis 1:11-12)

Every of our beliefs will be tried in fire. So, it behooves us to align ourselves with the standards of the foundation laid by Apostle Paul. Because, God will judge us by His word, not by our denominational constitution. Therefore, seek to be part of the mystical body of Christ. Believe in the whole truth of the Bible and shun every denominational Creed that does not align with the Unadulterated Word of God.

Shalom!

The Mystery of The Three Visitors Of Abraham (VII)

Quick Recap

We have been able to establish the following in our previous Reviews:

  • Three men visited Abraham; one stayed with him, while the two angels went on to Sodom to carry out their God-given assignments (Genesis 18 :1, Genesis 19 : 1)
  • The event that transpired in the time of Lot will repeat itself in this last age (last Gentile dispensation)
  • 7 Dispensations were allotted to the Gentiles before the return of the gospel to its original source (The Jews) (Revelation 1, 2 and 3)
  • And each dispensation has a messenger that reveals God’s mind to the church for every age.
  • The last Church dispensation (Laodiceans) and its messenger is William Marrion Branham
  • In this end time, God sent 3 messengers to three different groups, just like he did in the days of Lot and they are (Billy Graham, Oral Roberts, William Marrion Branham)

Today, we focused on the condition of this last age, how that this age has everything at her disposal in terms of knowledge and wealth. There is nothing they lack except GOD! This is the reason accepting the truth of the Bible in this age is a problem. They’ve been blinded by the material things they possess. (Revelation 3 : 14 – 22)

When these three men were on earth (Billy Graham, Oral Roberts, William Marrion Branham), they preached. And as they were preaching, they were sowing seed. And each seed will bring forth fruits after its kind according to God’s law (Genesis 1:11). Every preacher you see in this last age is an offspring of any of these three men.

Matthew 13:3,18-24 shows to us that the word of God is seed. It is the word of God that the messenger that stood with Abraham sowed. Prophet William Marrion Branham is a type of that messenger in this age.

The interpretation of parable of the wheat and the tares.

Matthew 13:3-6

The good seeds are the children of the kingdom, because they are the spoken word of God. They are the image of Christ. The tares are the children of the world. The field is the world, the one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man (Jesus Christ). The one who sowed the evil seed is the devil, the reapers are the angels. The time of harvest is the end of the world, where God is returning every fruit to his own seed (where it came from).

Today, God is using some harvesters to harvest the seeds: the tares to be bundled for fire, and the wheat into God’s barn. Therefore, be sure that the message you believe is connecting your heart to the Kingdom of God and not to the things of the world.

Shalom!

Text: Matthew 13 : 24, Genesis 18 : 1, Genesis 19 : 1, Luke 17 :28, Rev 3 : 14, Matthew 13 : 30, Genesis 1 : 11

We started today’s sermon by expounding on our previous definition of what Mystery means, especially in the context of the Bible, and to whom it is given to understand the mystery of the Bible. We also revised previous subtopics we have treated in our past sermon reviews. Below is the list of what we revised:

  • The events that transpired in the days of Noah and Lot
  • How it correlates with what is happening in this last dispensation
  • The 3 messengers that visited Abraham and their separation process; where one stood with Abraham to reveal the mind of God, and the other 2 went on to Sodom to carry out their assignments.
  • The two groups in Sodom: “Lot’s group and the Sodomites’ group”

The 7 Dispensations of The Gentile Age

Today, we expounded more on the 7 dispensations of the Gentiles. In this last day God has divided the Gentile age into 7, as we have introduced in our previous review. Jesus Christ revealed this mystery in Revelation 2 and 3. After the rejection of Christ by the Jews, God turned to the Gentiles and dealt with them by sending to every dispensation (age) a messenger. The first church is the Ephesus church age (Revelation 2:1), whose messenger was Apostle Paul. We are currently in the last dispensation and we have a messenger sent to this age to reveal the mind of God. For this teaching we will dwell more on this last gentile dispensation.

The Last (7th) Gentile Dispensation (Revelation 3:14)

The last Gentile age started in 1909 and is still on. The prophet of this last age is William Marrion Branham. The condition of this age was described in Revelation 3:14 which pointed out:

  • The mystical spiritual nakedness of the age;
  •  The lukewarmness of the people of the age;
  • Pride.

All these are the current happenings in this age.

Believers in this last age are however, advised to make the decision of not being lukewarm. If you want to be cold, be properly cold. And if you want to be hot, please be.

Luke 17:28 spoke about our age typing the days of Lot, where God and two angels visited Abraham. Afterward, the two angels went to Sodom to carry out ministries as directed by God. Abraham engaged God and received the revelation of the mind of God towards Sodom. He also received God’s promise for his life.

THE THREE MEN THAT WERE ANOINTED FOR THIS AGE

The 3 Men that were anointed in this last age

God anointed three men with special anointing to sow seed as depicted in Matthew 13: 24 – 36 for this last age. And these 3 men were Americans. Below are the names of these men and their ministries:

  1. Billy Graham: He was born in 1918 and died in 2018. He was an Orthodox denominational preacher. His ministry did not have any of the spiritual gifts in 1 Corinthians 12 and 14. This is the reason his group do not believe in signs and wonders. He is a TYPE of one of the angels that went to Sodom. The group constitutes the Baptists, Anglicans, Catholics, Methodists and some others.
  • Oral Roberts: He was born in 1918 and died in 2009. He started the movement of the Pentecostal denomination who believe in signs and wonders but pay little or no attention to the revelation of the word of God. He was said to live a luxurious life in his time, he founded the prosperity preaching gospel. He was a type of the second angel that went to Sodom.
  • William Branham: He was born in 1909 and died in 1965. He was a type of the messenger (God in the flesh) that stayed with Abraham. He had both the signs and the revelation of the word of God. God used him to reveal his plan to the bride of Jesus Christ just as God revealed his plans to Abraham. The revelation of the seven church ages, the seven seals, the original sin, etc, was revealed to the bride through him.

God has time for everything. This is the last gentile age and God is currently revealing his mind to the bridal group. The question is ‘Are you part of them?’

The Mystery of The Three Visitors of Abraham (VI)

We welcome you once again to our sermon review section as we continue on our current series “The Mystery of The Three Visitors of Abraham”. Today we unveiled God’s mind towards the gentiles by the scriptures, how God started with the first gentile age and also extended his love to other dispensations. Please we encourage you read through previous reviews for proper understanding. Check the links below for past reviews on this subject :

The Mystery of The Three Visitors of Abraham (V)

The Mystery Of The Three Visitors Of Abraham (IV)

Text: Ecclesiastes 3:10-11, Romans 8:5-10, Romans 1:16, Revelations 3:14-20, Revelations 1:10-19, Genesis 19:1-2, Genesis 18:1-2, Revelations 2:1.

The world we live in is a mysterious world. It is divided into two; the natural and the spiritual. The spiritual world which is a world of faith (world unseen) could only be lived in by the believers of the Bible who take God’s written word as true. While they live in the natural world, they don’t belong to this world. They understand that being carnal will lead to death. They also understand that being spiritually minded will bring them peace and life.

God also divided his visitation to the world into two; the Jews and the Gentiles. God brought his gospel to the Jews first, and then to the Gentiles. He will return back to the Jews when the rapture of the Gentile bride takes place.

The Gentile time is divided into seven dispensations, which John saw in Revelations 1:10-12. He was sent with a letter to the seven different churches in Asia which prefigured the characters of each church in their dispensation. Each church has their messenger which the Bible referred to as Star or Angel.

The word of God to each of these churches is prophetic. Each church has different messages which typed the current situation of the church at that time. The first church age is the Ephesian church. And the messenger to the church was Paul. The Ephesian church was a Gentile church. It was a Lion age where heresies and creeds were not condoned. The Holy Spirit in Paul set the church in order according to the word of God. God tested everyone by His word. The word of God was the yardstick by which everyone was measured. No woman was put on pulpit, No three Gods doctrine was allowed. And the Nicolaitan spirit was kicked against. God pointed out their faults but also commended them for not allowing the Nicolaitan spirit.

The Ephesian church was instructed to go back to their first love. When you slip from your first love, you have fallen. Sin that was once detesting to you should not be normal. The things you held on to spiritually should not fall from you. You have to keep the fire of your first love burning. God wants you to repent and return to your first love. We are in the last church Age, which is the Laodicean church age, and we should not give in to weariness. We should return to the apostolic ways and follow the pattern by which the foundation of the first church was laid.

Don’t be weary, brethren. There is peace and life in serving God diligently. Therefore, hold fast to what you believe and don’t let it slip off from your hands. Do well to join us on our next review as we continue on this series.

Shalom, brethren.

Welcome to our Sermon review as we continue on “The mystery of the 3 visitors of Abraham”. We started this series a couple of weeks back and few subtopics have been treated. If you came across this post without reading previous reviews, we encourage you to check them out for proper understanding of this topic. Below are links to previous reviews:

The Mystery Of The 3 Visitors Of Abraham (IV)

The Mystery Of The 3 Visitors Of Abraham (III)

The Mystery Of The 3 Visitors Of Abraham (II)

The Mystery Of The 3 Visitors Of Abraham (I)

Today, we focused on the 3 people visited by the angels, which also type the three sect of churches we have in this last dispensation of the gentile age. Do well to have an open mind as the Holy Spirit unveils this hidden mystery to you.

TEXT:  Genesis 19:1, Acts 9: 15, Matthew 13:11, John 16: 13, Genesis 18:1, Daniel 12:9, Revelation 22:10, Luke 24:49, Matthew 24:37, John 12:44, Malachi 4:5, Galatians 1:6

The mystery of the Kingdom can only  be revealed and understood by few elected set of people (Matthew 13:10-12). It has pleased the Lord to reveal these mysteries to them. These mysteries however, must be revealed through a messenger. The mystery of God cannot be studied. It cannot be understood by the intellectual capacities of man, it is given by God who is His word, and until it is given to you from above, your revelations of His words remain misaligned.

God is also pleased to code his words in the Bible into mysteries. He leaves us with some hints until the appropriate time. God often speaks in parables. He does it intentionally. This is because He takes delight in giving interpretation of His word to His predestinated seeds. He told His disciples that it is given unto them to know the mysteries of the Kingdom. God hides the truth from the prudent and reveals it to babes.

There are certain mysteries that are not meant to be revealed until the end of the world. Of course, we are already in the end of the world. Therefore, the mystery of the word of God is being revealed in this last day. Daniel saw some mysteries but could not understand them. (Daniel 12:9),. The revelation of that mystery was not given to him. It was sealed up till the end of time. But when John saw the mystery in the book of Revelation God told him not to seal it up (Revelations 22:10). It was for the end of time. And the end is right here. Hallelujah!

The three visitors of Abraham came as men in theophany bodies. One of them was God Himself, the self-existent God. Abraham recognised Him despite the form in which He appeared. This appearance of God may be a mystery to you. But God gave the revelation of who He is to Abraham.

Who are the three men? What were their messages and who were they sent to?

1. Abraham:

After Abraham had entertained the two angels including God, the two men departed and went to Sodom. But God stayed behind, to commune with Abraham and to inform him of the destruction he was planning against Sodom. The message of God to Abraham was to reveal the mystery of His plans and also to bless him.

2. Lot:

The other two men went to Sodom, and were entertained by Lot. The message of the two angels sent by these two men was to tell Lot about the uncoming destruction of Sodom. They also came to tell him to run out of Sodom.

3. Sodom:

The two angels that went to Sodom went to blindfold them. They blinded them against the warning of God.

While the three visitors have their ministries, they are however, assigned to different people. The two other angels who appeared in Sodom have their ministries to Lot and Sodom respectively, though they worked together to blindfold Sodom. Sodom is a type of the world. And the Bible promised that the scenario that happened in Sodom will repeat itself in this last day.

This means that we will have three different church sects:

1. The group of Abraham which represent the elect, ‘’the spiritual seeds of Abraham’’. They will have a messenger who will come with a message; the unadulterated word of God. They are the sect that have the revelation of what God is doing. Yes! You have him today. He is the Prophet William Marrion Branham. God worked through him with the Spirit of Elijah (Malachi 4:5-6) to restore the heart of the children to their apostolic fathers before the dreadful day of the lord. This sect is not and will not be a denomination. They build upon the revelation of the word of God as the Spirit of Truth reveals to them.

2. The second group is the Orthodox Church which is the Anglicans, Methodists, Baptists and Catholics. These have their messenger as well.

3. The Pentecostals: This group was birthed by the Orthodox; they denominated on Pentecost and became Pentecostalism, which is a deviation from the Pentecost experience at the upper room. Because the evidence of the Holy Spirit is not speaking in tongues as one of their dogmas say.

The evidence of the Holy Spirit is the ability to believe the true revelation of the word of God and live the life of it.

These two angels worked together because in the last times, the last two churches will merge together, and their blinding is a spiritual one. Only the Bride Church will be different and have their stand with the pure word of God.

Please, stay unmovable. Don’t be carried away by the Creeds and doctrines of denominations.  Keep your predestination and remain in the ark.

God bless you, brethren.
